Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed €100 or the amount you paid to Trislaa in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

14.5 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or network failures.
